Are there any requirements needed to use Guru?
Guru is a cloud based platform, so all you really need is a current web browser and internet connection. Guru also offers browser extensions for most major web browsers including Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Opera. Additionally, our web app is responsive and many Guru features are available on mobile devices and tablets.
How will I be billed?
Guru’s subscription license will be billed annually or monthly, in advance as a recurring credit card payment, unless otherwise cancelled or terminated as per Guru’s Terms of Service.
What is a user and how am I billed per user?
A user is someone who has signed up and signed into your Guru account.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel plans at anytime?
If you are on a monthly or annual plan, then yes, you may cancel your plan as per Guru’s Terms of Service. If you are on a monthly or annual plan, you may upgrade your Guru subscription license at any time.
Do I need to input my credit card information to try Guru for free?
No, a credit card is not required for use of the trial. You only have to enter your credit card information when upgrading.
Will my data and information stored in Guru be private and safe?
Guru takes the privacy and security of your data very seriously. Guru’s team has decades of experience building and securing enterprise software. We are SOC 2 Type II certified, and have taken the necessary steps to ensure we are GDPR ready.

What happens to my data if I cancel or stop using Guru?
You have the ability to export your content at anytime via Guru’s published API. You will have the right to export your content within thirty days from date of notifying Guru that you will not renew your Guru Subscription License. Your data will be permanently deleted from our servers thereafter.
What is the difference between Standard and Premier Support?
Guru provides standard support via the "Contact Us" function within the Guru Web App or Extension. Support is currently provided to both Customers (Companies) that have licensed a paid for plan, as well as active teams using our 14 day Trial license. Premier Support customers will have an elevated support experience (in-app + phone support) and accelerated, prioritized response times
