Between June and November 2025, we conducted 50+ structured interviews with CTOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and VPs of Engineering at mid-market to Fortune 500 enterprises. What they told us reveals why most AI transformations stall—and it's not what vendors are saying.

When we asked leaders "What AI tools are you using?", the most common answer was "All of them."

Teams are deploying ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, coding assistants, and purpose-built agents—often without coordination. The industry assumption that you pick one AI tool for everyone is dead. The real challenge? Giving all those tools access to the same trusted, governed company context.
