How to use this Card template

Change is hard, but your team doesn’t have to go at it alone. We’ve found that when you give your team enough information about a change and plenty of resources about how to help them manage it, they'll be both appreciative and faster to adopt the change at hand.

We want to make that change—any change—as easy as possible for you. Use this template to provide your team with the necessary resources to manage change within your company. The more information you share, the more nimble your team will be.

How this template can help your team:

  • HR/People Ops: As your team rolls out new benefits, hiring procedures, growth pathways and more, make sure your people managers are equipped with the right change management resources to onboard their direct reports to new processes or policies.
  • Customer Success & Support: As your team grows, your support offerings may change and your team structure may become more defined. Use this template to manage these big organizational changes and ensure your team still feels confident and in the know about their jobs.
  • Product & Engineering: There may be times where your teams are pivoting away from one feature in favor of a change in the market. Use this template to manage that change and equip your product and engineering organization with the right guidance about this change.
